Platters/Boards: All sales are final. Your full payment is required to secure your date and confirm that all details are being made for your board/platter. This payment is non refundable. If there are any discrepancies on behalf of SMC we will refund half of your full payment and will make sure you get the items that were made for your board/platter. This is only if there is a communication error or no show on SMC behalf. We are always open to rescheduling delivery for any clients convenience.
